HYRM SERIES regulator is for the second stage fi rst reduction system that reduces range 0.2~15.6 MPa to 0.1~0.2 MPa.
Introduce
The HYRM Series (adjustable) is for first stage reduction side under twice pressure reduction system. The inlet pressure which it can handle is 0.02~0.1.56MPa and reduce to 0.1~0.2MPa. Our regulator of second stage twice reduction is necessary to be connected after HYRM series for properly use of gas at useful pressure. Also, it can be used in industrial and commercial application.
The HYRM adjustable regulator is easy to adjust the pressure by simply adjusting the handle on top of regulator when install or maintenance. Also, its compact design enables to install in limited space.
The connection type PT thread makes easy connection to pipe. It is guaranteed for safety and high performance from controlling precisely response to variation of inlet pressure by valve seat which equipped at inlet side.

Outlet Pressure Setting
HYRM adjustable regulator’s outlet pressure setting can be adjusted by handle that are equipped on the top of the regulator.

Adjusting Method
HYRM adjustable regulator’s outlet pressure setting can be adjusted to 0~0.27 (Max) Bar.
The standard outlet pressure setting is 0.15Bar.
Check if the pressure gauge is indicating “0”.
After checking for desired pressure rate through pressure gauge and open the valve at inlet side for supplying of gas.
After checking for standard setting pressure through pressure gauge and adjust the pressure by rotating handle on top of regulator.
When Setting Pressure Increases
Rotate the handle on top of regulator as diagram above with checking pressure gauge, and see if the setting pressure increases.
After setting of desired pressure rate, observe pressure gauge for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Make sure to specify the adjusted setting pressure on name plate of regulator.
When Setting Pressure Decreases
Rotate the handle on top of regulator as diagram above with checking pressure gauge, and see if the setting pressu decreases After setting of desired pressure rate, observe pressure gauge for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Make sure to specify the adjusted setting pressure on name plate of regulator.
Caution
When adjusting outlet pressure setting, the outlet pressure must be in the range of 2nd reduction regulator’s inlet pressure.
If the setting outlet pressure is higher than the range of 2nd reduction regulator or combustor, it might cause damage.
